Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a behavioral health field required.
- Must possess a valid LMHC license recognized by the state board.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and prepare detailed reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans addressing individual needs.
- Provide consultations for pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation per regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans.
- Participate in licensing and accreditation processes and liaise with service systems.
