Brightside Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed LMHC to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. You will deliver evidence-based mental health services to a diverse client base, developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with multidisciplinary colleagues.

The role emphasizes telehealth delivery, ongoing professional development, thorough documentation, and patient-centered care to support mental wellness and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of New York.
• Two or more years of counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Apply CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
