Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LMHC license in Massachusetts is required.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled mental health counseling sessions
• Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
• Build individualized care plans with clear goals and measurable progress markers
• Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment challenges
• Update clinical records after sessions with accurate and organized notes
• Review client progress and adjust treatment direction when clinically appropriate
• Recognize risk indicators and respond according to legal, ethical, and company procedures
