Qualifications

• Active Washington LMFT license is required.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience with diverse client needs preferred.
• Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy appointments through a secure telehealth platform.
• Support individuals and families with relational and mental health concerns.
• Complete clinical evaluations and identify appropriate areas of focus.
• Create treatment goals that align with client needs.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care discussions or coordination when needed.
• Practice according to Washington licensing requirements and professional standards.
