Job summary

Mood Health is seeking unrestricted, fully licensed therapists in California for our fully remote, W2 telehealth practice serving Medi-Cal and Commercial clients. You will conduct telehealth sessions, perform assessments, and contribute to treatment planning in a collaborative setting.

We handle client acquisition, billing, and operational needs, so you can focus on patient care with flexible scheduling and supportive clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensed in CA (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) in good standing.
• Telehealth sessions experience and computer/video-conferencing capability.
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adult clients; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on our platform.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients.
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
