Job summary

Mood Health is seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a fully remote, W2 position in California. You will provide telehealth therapy to Medi-Cal and Commercial clients, supported by our platform and clinical team.

Requirements include an unrestricted California license or willingness to obtain it with our support. We offer flexible scheduling, caseload stability, and quarterly bonuses based on session availability.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW or LPC) in California.
• Telehealth sessions experience.
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on our platform
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Develop meaningful connections with clients
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist
