Mood Health is a remote, W2 pay-per-encounter clinical practice offering flexible scheduling and caseload support. We seek unrestricted, fully licensed therapists prepared to deliver compassionate telehealth care to diverse clients with Medi-Cal and commercial plans.

Join a collaborative team that handles client acquisition, billing, and admin tasks while you focus on patient care and clinical excellence. Compensation includes quarterly bonuses and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington state with an unrestricted credential (LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/LPC).
• Experience conducting telehealth sessions.
• Minimum 2+ years direct care with adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-health sessions on the Mood Health platform.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients and tailor care to individual needs.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with Lead Psychologist.
