Job summary

Guiding Hands Healthcare Corporation in the United States is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position to counsel individuals, couples, and families, addressing mental health and wellness challenges.

You will diagnose and treat a range of disorders, create tailored treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapeutic services and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• A valid state LMFT license is required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in MFT, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to inspire positive change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport to build a therapeutic alliance and trust.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling using multiple modalities.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive care and stay updated on best practices.
