Pulse Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join as a full-time remote clinician dedicated to mood disorders and emotional well-being. Qualifications

• Active LMFT license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Nonjudgmental empathy and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of mood disorders and symptom patterns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using CBT/DBT approaches.
• Educate clients and families about diagnoses, options and self-care.
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other care providers for integrated care.
• Stay current with mood disorder research and best practices.
• Maintain confidential documentation in accordance with standards.
• Participate in case conferences, trainings, and professional development.
• Advocate for access to mental health services and reduce stigma.
