Job summary

Samaritan Counseling Solutions seeks a dedicated Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our telehealth services. This full-time role lets you work from home while serving clients across Buffalo, NY, including individuals, couples, and families.

You will provide individual and group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, monitor progress, and utilize evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Active state LMFT licensure.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with clients in a safe environment.
• Conduct assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and inform treatment.
• Create individualized treatment plans considering client background and goals.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Regularly monitor progress and adjust plans to evolving needs.
