Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. The role offers a reliable Monday–Friday schedule and a defined caseload, with a focus on improving communication and emotional regulation.

You will deliver remote therapy, perform assessments, create treatment plans, document progress, and ensure compliance with Oklahoma LMFT standards while maintaining a full-time remote caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma LMFT license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience with relational and systemic concerns.
• Confidence using telehealth technology.
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
• Complete relational assessments and clinical intakes
• Create and maintain goal-based treatment plans
• Track progress through consistent documentation
• Apply family systems and evidence-based approaches
• Maintain compliance with Oklahoma LMFT regulations
