Key Responsibilities

• Building Therapeutic Relationships: Establish a positive, trusting rapport with clients, enabling them to express their thoughts and emotions in a safe environment.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, ensuring treatment strategies are informed and effective.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans that consider each client's specific circumstances, cultural background, and personal goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to engage clients and promote progress.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure they resonate with their evolving needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
