Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate degree in marriage and family therapy or related discipline.
- Valid Louisiana LMFT license.
- Previous clinical counseling experience.
- Knowledge of family systems and relational treatment.
- Ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and relational assessments
- Develop diagnoses and treatment recommendations
- Lead individual, couples, and family sessions
- Help clients improve communication and problem-solving skills
- Monitor symptoms and treatment progress
- Complete documentation within required timeframes
