Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Kentucky seeks a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The role focuses on relationship and family-centered care, with sessions conducted remotely and a standard Mon–Fri schedule.

You will manage a regular client schedule, perform assessments, document treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care while upholding ethics and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active Kentucky LMFT license.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Strong clinical assessment and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage treatment planning and documentation independently.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Knowledge of ethics, privacy, and professional practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth.
• Explore relationship dynamics and family circumstances in treatment.
• Establish goals and determine focus of ongoing therapy.
• Apply clinical interventions aligned with client needs.
• Address communication problems, conflict, and life changes.
• Reassess treatment direction as needs evolve.
