Job summary

The position offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary of $115,000 to $120,000 per year, and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required.
• Active LMFT license in Utah required.
• Experience providing therapy to couples and families.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Identify key relationship and behavioral concerns through assessment.
• Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs.
• Guide clients through problem-solving, communication work, and emotional processing.
• Maintain complete and accurate records for every session.
