Qualifications

• Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing).
• MSW degree required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings; telehealth is a plus.
• Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by video.
• Help clients talk through recurring issues in relationships or home life.
• Explore family roles, expectations, boundaries, and major changes when relevant.
• Keep clinical notes clear and current after appointments.
• Recognize situations that require closer review or referral.
• Communicate with other professionals when coordination is necessary.
• Maintain client privacy and professional boundaries.
