Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote telehealth services in Louisiana. You will work with individuals, couples, or families to address conflicts, relationship changes, parenting concerns, and family stress, helping clients communicate and navigate challenges.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $115,000–$120,000 per year plus full benefits, PTO, health insurance, and a

Qualificações

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Louisiana.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and clinical documentation requirements.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hold virtual sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Talk through concerns related to relationships, parenting, separation, and family stress
• Help clients recognize patterns that may be contributing to ongoing problems
• Guide conversations around communication, trust, boundaries, and conflict
• Keep session notes and client records current
• Involve other providers or services when a case calls for additional support
• Maintain client privacy and professional boundaries
• Follow Louisiana requirements for LMFT practice
