Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a licensed LMFT to provide telehealth therapy across Louisiana. You will conduct video sessions with adults, couples and families, guiding them through relationship challenges and personal growth.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and an active Louisiana license, with outpatient psychotherapy experience. Expect a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a remote work setup in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing).
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus).
• Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care.
• Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by video.
• Provide psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families via telehealth.
• Maintain clear clinical notes after appointments.
• Recognize when referrals or higher level care are needed.
• Coordinate with other professionals when needed.
• Ensure privacy and professional boundaries in all sessions.
• Practice in accordance with Louisiana LMFT and HIPAA requirements.
