Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd serves clients in California through telehealth LMFT services. The role requires a California-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

You will conduct sessions, set treatment goals, maintain notes, and collaborate with a collaborative clinical team to support clients through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life changes.

Qualifications

• Active California LMFT license.
• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience.
• Comfortable with digital tools and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth.
• Assess client concerns and establish treatment goals.
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and records.
• Review treatment progress and make adjustments when needed.
• Participate in clinical meetings and training.
