Job summary

Set Right Behavioral Healthcare in the United States is seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote outpatient mental health services. This full-time role offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a dedicated team of clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds an MFT degree, an active LMFT license, at least three years of outpatient experience, and proficiency with MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and an EMR system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state LMFT license or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and EMR.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with medical professionals to report on patient progress and concerns.
• Document clinical and progress notes timely and in accordance with policy.
• Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis situations.
• Regularly evaluate and document clients' progress toward treatment goals.
• Collaborate with clients' families to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
