Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AI, NLP, or related fields
• Exceptional communication; ability to document work well
• Mastery of LLM prompting with OpenAI/Anthropic; API experience
• Basic coding and prototyping with API integration
• Copywriting, data science, or software engineering skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for specialized subagents in live conversations
• Build routing and delegation systems for direct answers, subagents, or escalation
• Define contracts between primary agent and subagents: inputs, context, outputs, latency, failure handling
• Master the Dialogue Platform and train others on prompting
• Train Superhumans using prompting, RAG knowledge-base creation, and fine-tuning
• Prototype development and AI-assisted coding for data workflows
• Develop multi-media prompting including images and video
