Job summary

1mind is seeking a Prompt and Context Engineer for a fully remote role, ideally based in the Eastern or Central time zones in the United States. You will craft prompts and context strategies for large language models, build subagents, and create workflows across before, during, and after conversations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AI/LLMs, NLP, or conversation design.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to document work clearly.
• Mastery of prompting large language models and API usage.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for subagents in live customer conversations.
• Build routing to decide when to answer, call subagents, or escalate.
• Define contracts between main agent and subagents: inputs, outputs, latency.
