Job summary

Stillfront Group is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager for the LiveOps Track on Sunshine Island, a flagship casual farming title. You will own monetization velocity, event innovation, and D2C revenue growth, working closely with a dedicated PJM and a full feature team of engineers, data analysts, and economy designers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a PM, LiveOps Manager, or Monetization Designer in mobile F2P gaming (casual, farming, simulation, or strategy experience preferred).
• Proven LiveOps track record running live calendars and launching new commercial mechanics.
• Strong monetization metrics fluency (ARPPU, LTV, Conversion, Churn).
• F2P psychology and D2C familiarity; willingness to optimize webshop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the LiveOps calendar and event innovation across LTEs, tournaments, and season passes.
• Balance short-term monetization loops and design new mechanics to convert non-payers.
• Drive D2C webshop revenue growth and gamification features to boost revenue share.
• Configure, segment, and optimize targeted sales campaigns using the DOT.
• Monitor KPIs and run A/B tests to maximize yield while preserving economy health.
• Collaborate with PJM and cross-functional teams on sprint scoping and releases.
