Job summary

New Moon Production seeks a Product Manager for the Roadmap Track to own long-term features, core game loops, and retention systems for Sunshine Island, our flagship casual farming title. You’ll work in Strategic Roadmap and LiveOps tracks, partnering with a dedicated PJM and a full feature team to shape product direction and KPIs.

This data-driven role emphasizes market insight, rapid experimentation, and collaboration with analytics to optimize retention, monetization, and progression.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years as a Product Manager or Game PM in mobile F2P gaming (casual, farming, simulation, or city-builder experience preferred).
• Proven Live Game Experience: demonstrated experience running a live game with roadmap thinking.
• Market-informed mindset with retention and monetization metrics (D7, ARPDAU, LTV, churn).
• Understanding of progression, onboarding, and long-term retention systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap Track backlog and quarterly plan, keeping features healthy while prioritizing large releases.
• Stay close to the market to ideate new mechanics and validate ideas with KPI goals.
• Own first-session and early-game retention and the path from new player to veteran.
• Shape progression and content cadence with economy designers to continually offer new activities.
• Own roadmap KPIs: D7, early retention, veteran DAU, ARPDAU, and progression speed.
• Partner with the PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling, acting as the central product anchor for the feature team.
