Job summary

Stillfront's Sunshine Island team is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to own the Roadmap Track, shaping long‑term features, core loops, and retention systems that grow our flagship casual farming title.

You will partner closely with a dedicated PJM, lead with evidence and KPI goals, and influence multi‑phase releases. You will work with engineers, designers, economy designers, artists, and data analysts to bring new mechanics to life.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Product Manager or Game PM in mobile F2P.
• Proven Live Game Experience with roadmaps, prioritization, and feature delivery.
• Market-informed mindset with retention and monetization metrics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap Track backlog and quarterly plan, aligning with KPI goals.
• Propose new mechanics and market insights to improve retention and revenue.
• Own first-session and early-game retention with analysts on cohorts and tests.
• Shape progression and content cadence with economy designers for long‑term engagement.
• Define success metrics, read A/B tests, and coordinate with GDP analysts.
• Collaborate with PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling; report to leadership.
