Stillfront Group seeks a data-driven Product Manager for Sunshine Island, our flagship casual farming title. You will own long‑term roadmap, core loops, and retention systems, guiding a full feature team and collaborating with a dedicated PJM in a remote-first setup.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in mobile F2P PM roles, live game experience, and strong market insight to drive retention and monetization across multiple live tracks.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Product Manager or Game PM in mobile F2P gaming.
• Proven live game experience with roadmaps and large feature delivery.
• Strong market awareness and retention/monetization focus.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams through clear commercial rationale.
• Agile mindset and experience working with PJMs in SCRUM/Kanban.

Responsabilités

• Own Roadmap Track backlog and quarterly plan; maintain healthy core features.
• Ideate and validate new mechanics with market insight and KPI goals.
• Own first-session and early-game retention and onboarding pacing.
• Shape progression and cadence with economy designers.
• Define success metrics and analyze cohorts/A/B tests with data teams.
• Collaborate with PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling; act as product anchor.
