Job summary

Koin Limited is seeking a Live Commerce Administrator to support multi-brand live selling across platforms like WhatNot and eBay Live. You will organise product listings, stock, and promotions, scheduling shows and maintaining a central results tracker.

In this operational role you will coordinate inventory with stock planners, ensure accurate product content, and assist during live broadcasts and post-show reporting. Strong organizational skills and English communication are essential.

• Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and e‑commerce systems.
• Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online product listings.
• Confident written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Live Commerce Show Setup: prepare product listings, bundles, and promotions across WhatNot and eBay Live; configure listings, pricing, and stock; upload and organise products; schedule shows and track results.
• Product and Inventory Coordination: ensure inventory availability, flag stock issues, ensure descriptions and images are ready.
• Operational Support for Live Broadcasts: assist during live sessions, monitor cancellations, respond to customer inquiries.
• Post-Live Session Administration: compile performance data, support reporting, document outcomes for optimization.
