Job summary

Bargain Lane is seeking a high-energy Retail Lead & Live WhatNot Show Host to bridge our physical sales floor with the live streaming channel. You will split time between managing store operations and hosting fast-paced live auctions, engaging viewers and driving bids.

You’ll open/close stores, supervise staff, handle cash, prep 250+ items, and maintain nonstop energy on camera for extended blocks. Prior experience in retail leadership or live selling is valued; we provide training on the

Qualifications

• Live energy on camera for long stretches and strong stage presence.
• Retail leadership experience in store operations and staff supervision.
• Proven sales-driven mindset with closing skills and real-time responsiveness.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with live selling platforms (WhatNot, TikTok Live) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host live WhatNot shows with high energy for 4:00 PM–8:00 PM blocks, driving bids.
• Lead store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, and customer service.
• Supervise staff, train on store standards, and implement loss-prevention practices.
• Review show data and audience signals to optimize future performances.
