This role sits at the intersection of production, operations, and technical support, working with live sellers and the department manager to keep shows organized, on schedule, and running smoothly on Whatnot.

You’ll troubleshoot OBS, manage show calendars and thumbnails, and help improve stream quality.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using checklists, schedules, and repeatable processes.
• Hands-on experience with OBS or similar streaming software required.
• Familiarity with Whatnot or similar live selling platforms preferred.
• Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails (Canva, Photoshop) expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and structure breaks for upcoming shows with sellers and manager.
• Build and review show prep checklists to ensure live readiness.
• Schedule shows on Whatnot and manage the show calendar.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails aligned with brand for scheduled shows.
• Provide real-time OBS and backend streaming support during live shows.
• Troubleshoot audio/video/overlay issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor stream quality and flag issues before they impact viewers.
• Support post-show wrap-up with footage and metrics review.
