Job summary

Poshmark is seeking a Console Coordinator to run Linda's Stuff's live e-commerce events, working with the host to keep shows organized, accurate, and moving at the right pace. This role blends live operations, inventory control, and real-time problem solving to create a strong buyer experience and boost sales.

You will set up and operate the live selling console, manage products during broadcasts, coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service, and complete post-show reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in live selling, live streaming, or related e-commerce operations.
• Strong sales instincts to maintain urgency, engagement, and momentum.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced live environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous SKU, inventory, pricing, and sold-item management.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems.
• Strong communication skills to work with hosts and team in real time.
• Reliable and able to work independently during broadcasts.
• On-site availability in Northeast Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the live selling console from prep to post-show wrap-up.
• Manage products during live broadcasts, adjust pricing, and track inventory.
• Collaborate with the host to maintain pacing and buyer engagement.
• Anticipate host needs and keep data organized for smooth streams.
• Monitor audience activity, chat, questions, and sales in real time.
• Maintain SKU discipline for mystery items, giveaways, and sold inventory.
• Respond to technical and operational issues during live events.
• Adapt quickly to inventory, staffing, or show-flow changes.
• Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams.
• Complete post-live reporting and metrics.
• Follow platform and company policies on bidding, shipping, returns.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and show execution.
• Help maintain overall buyer experience and sales performance.
