Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to help teams leverage technology to improve health and well-being for members served. The role emphasizes collaboration across account teams and client systems to deliver accurate, on-time responses.

The position requires strong analytical abilities, experience in healthcare operations and MMIS, and the capacity to manage complex issues with external clients and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years of functional area experience in healthcare, MMIS, IT, or litigation support.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to analyze data and make recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and comply with contract litigation support directives, including planning, tracking, and coordinating tasks.
• Maintain accessibility and knowledge of all client records for comprehensive litigation support.
• Consult with management to develop and implement responses for complex issues.
• Develop action plans and change management processes to improve cross-team collaboration and meet SLAs.
• Contribute to a shared knowledge base with CRM, data repositories, MMIS, and other client tools.
