Sedgwick is hiring for a role handling high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios from a telecommuting position across multiple states. Qualificações

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, with in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.
• State adjusting licenses required or obtainable for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and acts on reports/forms; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinions and early resolution; communicates resolutions.
• Handles high end cases with serious injuries and/or complex coverage scenarios.
• Responds to decisions, agreements, or court orders; creates action plans; determines need for examinations; gains client authorization.
• Identifies cases for settlements or redemptions; coordinates with client designees.
• Gathers documents and coordinates with local counsel; monitors local counsel performance.
• Responds to plaintiff's counsel, union, employee, or client requests; identifies issues and formulates defense strategy.
