Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Address high end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Develop strategies to bring cases to satisfactory resolution.
• Identify settlements and coordinate with clients and counsel.
• Participate in mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed.
• Support the organization’s quality program(s).
