Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Litigation Claims Examiner to adjudicate GL, Auto, BI, and Premises Liability claims from a remote location. This full-time role supports clients across jurisdictions, offering flexibility and autonomy while upholding Sedgwick’s caring culture and service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of claims management, plus 3 years of litigation experience, a Home State License, and a Bachelor's degree if possible.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience; 3 years of litigation experience.
• Home State License required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing and processing claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to carriers and responding to directions professionally.
