Qualifications

• JD from a US law school with active bar admission.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similar US law firm.
• Proven ability in complex litigation and sophisticated transactions.
• Strong expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
• Experience drafting high‑value commercial agreements and reviewing transaction documents.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to explain complex legal reasoning clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with remote and multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in AI-driven legal training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate complex litigation and transactional documents.
• Draft sample agreements and contractual provisions for sophisticated transactional scenarios.
• Provide structured commentary to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Evaluate data privacy, cross-border transactions, contractual risk, and complex commercial matters.
• Apply practical legal judgment to simulated litigation and transactional scenarios.
• Develop and contribute to legal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and structured review rubrics.
• Identify legal risks, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and potential issues in AI-generated legal content.
• Provide precise and actionable feedback to improve the accuracy and practical applicability of AI-generated legal work.
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams, including legal, research, and technology professionals.
• Participate in iterative review and feedback cycles to refine training data and legal evaluation standards.
