YO AI Labs seeks experienced Litigators / Practicing Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an AI-focused project. In this contractor role, you will review, evaluate, and refine AI-generated legal content using your litigation experience to improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• JD degree from ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong legal writing and editing skills.
• Experience applying legal reasoning to complex or ambiguous issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, motions, and legal arguments.
• Review AI-generated content for factual accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback identifying errors and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze complex legal scenarios to improve AI model performance.
• Draft and improve legal language and litigation-related content across practice areas.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and maintain clear written communication.
• Ensure precision and clarity in all analyses and deliverables.
