Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Litigators/Practicing Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an innovative project at the intersection of law and emerging technology. Remote (US only) contractors will review, evaluate, and refine AI-generated legal content to ensure accuracy and sound legal reasoning.

Qualifications

Strong legal reasoning and analytical thinking.
Hands-on litigation and legal practice experience.
Exceptional legal writing and editing skills.
Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and ambiguous scenarios.
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
3–15 years of post-JD litigation experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Apply legal reasoning and litigation expertise to evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, motions, and legal arguments.
Review AI-generated legal content for factual accuracy, legal soundness, analytical rigor, and compliance with professional standards.
Provide clear, detailed written feedback identifying legal errors, logical inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze complex or ambiguous legal scenarios and contribute expert judgment to improve AI model performance.
Draft, edit, and improve legal language and litigation-related content across a variety of practice areas.
Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and maintaining high-quality written communication.
Ensure consistency, precision, and clarity in all legal analyses and written deliverables.
