• Draft authentic litigation work product, including motions, briefs, discovery, in response to evolving CRE disputes.
• Produce turn-by-turn deliverables under senior direction, mirroring partner review in real practice.
• Develop and document rubric items outlining criteria for strong responses to opposing submissions.
• Incorporate senior feedback efficiently with minimal redirection.
• Ensure continuity in case theory and litigation posture across multiple engagement turns.
• Identify and flag procedural uncertainties or missing information needing senior resolution.
