Job summary

Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is seeking a full-time partner-level Attorney for its federal court immigration litigation practice. The position focuses on challenging delayed or denied immigration petitions and handling complex removal matters before immigration courts.

The role reports to the Chairman and offers fully remote or hybrid work options across Washington, DC, Philadelphia, or New York offices.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission to practice in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of federal court litigation experience.
• Experience representing the federal government is welcomed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review administrative records to develop legal bases for challenges to agency decisions.
• Provide legal research and analysis on immigration issues in federal court.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents for filing with federal courts.
• Prepare and conduct arguments before federal judges.
• Oversee litigation docket and coordinate with other attorneys.
• Represent clients in complex removal proceedings involving investment-based migration.
• Present federal court litigation options to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing for business development efforts.
• Develop deep understanding of client base and administrative law principles as applied to immigration.
• Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues and support projects.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural issues and case processing.
