Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist attorney in trial preparation and organize case files.
Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, deposition summaries, and legal memoranda.
Assist in organizing and evaluating medical records for discovery and trial.
Conduct investigations and discovery under supervision.
Prepare witnesses and demonstrative evidence for trial.
Support depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
Represent insured or company in small claims when applicable.
Review files to identify issues and potential settlements.
