Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent paralegal experience is required.
• At least one year of experience managing a high-volume litigation portfolio.
• This role is judgment-intensive and requires exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support docketing, calendaring, and case management for a high-volume litigation portfolio.
• Coordinate updates to the firm’s database and case trackers.
• Perform quality control on calendared work to reflect filings and updates.
• Review daily docketing reports to inform attorneys of changes.
• Triaging time-sensitive filings to the appropriate legal team members.
