Positions offer a primarily remote work schedule, but candidates must reside in the Houston, TX metropolitan area (as well as several other markets) because occasional in-office presence is required. Qualifications

• JD or equivalent paralegal experience.
• Minimum one year handling a high-volume litigation portfolio.
• Judgment-intensive role requiring exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, reviewing, and interpreting incoming case filings, applying litigation judgment to determine deadlines and calendar entries.
• Directing the calendaring team to update the firm's database and supporting information for accurate entry.
• Performing quality control to ensure calendar entries reflect filings and avoid duplicates.
• Reviewing daily docketing reports to inform attorneys of new entries and changes.
• Triaging and escalating time-sensitive filings to the appropriate team members.
