Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a confidential law firm. The role supports attorneys across all stages of litigation, with case management, document preparation, discovery coordination, and court filings in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid position offers four in-office days and one remote day, a salary range of $85,000–$150,000, and the opportunity to work on complex class action matters with an experienced team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in complex, high-volume matters.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, federal filing requirements, and Bluebook.
• Experience with e-discovery, document management and litigation tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout all phases of active matters.
• Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, court dates, meetings and related info.
• Prepare, format, proofread, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Coordinate filing and service of legal documents with compliance to rules and deadlines.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation and trial preparation including exhibits and witnesses.
• Conduct factual research and support attorneys with litigation tasks.
