Louis, MO, Houston, TX, Miami FL, Orange County, CA, Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA metro areas because occasional in-office presence is required. Embedded with one or more litigation teams, you will support docketing, calendaring, and case management

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or paralegal experience.
• At least one year of experience managing a high-volume litigation portfolio.
• Must have strong attention to detail and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Docketing, calendaring and case management for a high-volume litigation portfolio.
• Review filings, notices, and orders to determine deadlines and calendar entries.
• Direct calendaring team to update firm databases and case trackers.
