Responsibilities

• Review docketing requests and accurately calculate deadlines.
• Learn court rules and monitor updates across jurisdictions.
• Research dates to supplement automated calculations.
• Update docket entries and ensure quality control.
• Generate docket reports upon request.
• Proofread calendar entries for accuracy.
• Coordinate docketing policies with the Docket Manager.
• Monitor docketing inboxes and coordinate with case teams.
• Provide information and support to attorneys on docketing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Federal, State and local rules.
