Econ One Research in Seattle seeks an Analyst to perform damages calculations across wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and related litigation.

You will build earnings and benefit loss models in Excel, structure data, and create clear visuals for reports and exhibits, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-analysis ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to present data with tables and charts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Clean, structure, and analyze data using Excel.
• Build damages models and visualizations in Excel for earnings and benefits.
• Manage and review case documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
