Sedgwick is seeking a Litigation Consultant - General Liability to manage high-end cases across all states. The role involves developing strategy for resolution, coordinating with clients and counsel, and driving early settlements where possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; JD preferred.
• Experience: Ten years handling litigation, with five years in claims management.
• Licensing knowledge: Jurisdiction knowledge as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinion and early resolution.
• Handles high end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Coordinates with client designees; monitors local counsel.
• Identifies settlements and prepares action plans.
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed.

Education
