Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten years of litigation experience, including at least 5 years in claims management.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred; professional licensure in jurisdiction as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports and forms; responds to inquiries; seeks early resolution.
• Handles high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Develops strategies to bring cases to satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinates with clients; assigns to local counsel; monitors performance.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and manages process.
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings.
• Works with partners to support early return-to-work.
