Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team. The role supports a hybrid work model with occasional in-office attendance, based out of North America, with emphasis on managing multi-party CGL claims.

You will leverage 5+ years of claims experience, hold required adjuster licenses, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes while adhering to Zurich's protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of Claims/Insurance experience
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice credential with associate degree and 3+ years in Claims/Insurance
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 3+ years in Claims/Insurance
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in Claims/Insurance; must obtain/maintain adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products
• Microsoft Office experience
