Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Handle written discovery, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
• Assist with settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• Develop case strategies and independently manage assigned matters
